Puerto Barrios, Guatemala -physical therapy students (financial scholarship)
The (original) Gozo Award. This award was developed to reward 3 Guatemalan physical therapy students for exceptional efforts and impact during their clinical rotations as nominated by their professors. Award money is meant to help with professional start up expenses, including cost for board examinations. Awards are distributed in November after graduation and successfully passing licensing exam.

The Gozo Foundation assists in fundraising to help furnish supplies used for medical missions to remote areas or areas in need. This can include specific clinical supplies (wraps, gauze, tape, equipment ect.) or supplies used to assist in education of staff.
